Stock Shift Boot

A previous owner unstitched and tossed the fixing ring from my (5-speed) boot in order to install an after-market knob.

My knob is the 2002+ Type-R, round with flat base.

Looking for either: Advice on where to find an appropriate ring (or 'fixing nut') to use with my current boot or; a complete boot (with or without 5-speed surround), capable of mating with my knob..

I think it's the "boot band" but you make the call.
