Posted up a while ago that I was hunting for a car, and I got a few responses from people who not yet listed their cars for sale. Unfortunately while beautiful cars, most were either supercharged or too new and out of my price range. Would love an 02+ but it just ain't in the cards!
Thought I'd try again and see if anybody in the Toronto, Canada or greater area is considering selling their car. Based on my preferences & budget, here's the confines I'm working within:
92-96MY, likely quite stock as I don't have the budget to pay for your $5k rims ;-)
Mileage around or less than 100,000km (60,000mi)
Color preference is white, silver or black, or blue but that's not likely
- not interested in yellow or red, they're just not really for me.
Not interested in anything super or turbo-charged for budget and peace of mind reasons, but basic performance mods I'm ok with (e.g. header/exhaust/susp/etc).
No interest whatsoever in salvage or rebuilt cars.
I have looked at everything on prime, ebay, trader.com and .ca, kijiji, etc as well as now numerous cars in my area at both dealers and private owners and there's only ONE great black one I would consider and I haven't even seen it yet, but the owner is unsure of selling it, so my search continues for now.
