Steering wheel noise coming from front end...YouTube video.

Does anyone know what this noise may caused by? I did some searching but not quiet sure if this has to do with the steering rack. I can hear it near both front wheels with minimal movement of the steering wheel.

I'm no major mechanic but it sounds like you have some play in the tie rod and steering arm. Maybe a bad bushing?
