I just got a 2002 civic sir wheel with are bag and red stitching
Do I require a SOS adapter ?
I'm sure there is lots of threads about it but
What does the adapter do!
Will the cruise work on my new wheel ?
Thanks if anyone local has done a wheel swap
I can use the help
Thanks.

I'm not sure what wheel is in the 02 Civic Sir you need to post pics? You will most likely need an adapter. I'm currently doing a Momo Corse 350mm in my Project car which is similar wheel as the NSX-R (Momo Tuner) one but with a few minor changes in printing, stitching, horn button etc. I'm using a genuine NSX-R hub (Momo) which brings the wheel out away from the controls, and the proper mounting holes for most aftermarket momo/sparco steering wheels.

There are aftermarket ones that fit including SOS's, Dali, NGR Quick Release etc. You will loose cruise control unless you figure out a way to integrate to an aftermarket wheel see below pics.
