You bet it would - it would also be better (of course not quite as good as with tires that were designed for the NSX) with non OEM tires like Bridgestone S-03, Pirelli P-zero nero (just have them on my other car, amazing especialy in the rain), Michelin PS etc.If you then still want sharper steering feel you may try aftermarket anti sway bars which can make a huge difference.
