I have seen a lot of combos I liked. The 6 and 7 spoke seem to be the ones I gravitate to mostly, Rich's Black with Roja 7's was one:

, and I like a lot of the mesh style wheels, but it is real iffy since it does not take much to go from hot to "Cuga" (our local term for cheap and cheesy) with them.
I like these:

But not so much these:

My personal favorites (only for the NSX though, on some other cars I do not care for them as much) is the Volk TE37, especially Steves old combo.

Decisions...decisions.... I like the Antera's and I also Really like the HRE 542R's and Rich's Roja 7's. Anyone know the approx. amount for either set ?

A set of Roja 7's sold on Ebay (used 17/18's with tires, but in apparently good condition) last month for $1500.00. I think they may not be a current wheel any longer, so used may be the only way to go with them.
HRE's are always very $$$$$

When you say Starfish, I think of the SSR integrals :

They taper from the center, then curve to the back of the wheel to a smaller point.

hehe i love the SSR Integrals *cough* *cough*

btw maybe someone can answer this question for me, my friend with a M3, she keeps telling me SSR ripped off their tri color logo from the M3 \\\ logo
is that true? i mean i guess Speed Star Racing is a japoohneeze company so international trademark probably doesnt matter, just curiuos

I know many people who love the Antera's (not my thing though) - the biggest downside is that they are incredibly heavy. They would probably rob you of the equivalent of 30-40HP.

Mermaid,
There are other choices that will look good. I like the classic Starfish look. But since the NSX has small rotors, the airy 5 spokes somewhat accentuates that shortcoming. I opted for the "very well endowed" Starfish   look with the LE37T

Prova4re's "amputee octopus" 7-legger looks very nice with the enhanced stock look.

Or, if you feel romantic, you can get the "Octopus couple walking down the aisle hands in hands" look with the mesh 8 split-spokes.

Steve,
Are your rims the same color as this? I can't tell because of the angle of the picture.

Hi Tony,
My LE37T are in Grayish Silver and the other set is in Gunmetal. I don't know if it is true, my dealer told me that my set is the only set of 5/114.3 patterned wheels in that color in existence at least in USA. Volk makes that color on other bolt patterns but not the NSX's 5/114.3. I found it hard to believe but I have not seen another set.

Does Anyone happen to have a pic of these Rims HRE (524r's) on a RED NSX ?? THANSX!

That was great making my car red!

Dawn, the HRE's r pretty pricey! :frown:

http://www.hrewheels.com/Pricing/ :frown:

They're hella strong, i live in San Francisco "pothole" city, and they seem to be doing just find! I maybe thinking of selling them for lighter wheels now, but not anytime soon.

Lemme ask: what's the difference between the 542 and 542R . I see that the 542 are avail. in 17" IS R=rear? Another question: how susceptible are these towards theft ?
