Stabilizer link joints leaking grease

Just the other day, after cleaning my rear wheels, I noticed a beige grease all over the inside wall of my wheels. After I inspected it, appears the stabilizer link (shape like a Z), was leaking grease from from the bushings which cover the ball bearing joints. Appears the seal around the bushing has either cracked or ripped, allowing grease to squirt out. What do I do? Do I need to buy a whole new stabilizer link?

Codered,

You need a new stabilizer link. Also replace the two 17mm nuts since they are Nylock nuts and reusing them may cause them to come loose over time.
