Includes valve stems and plastic center caps. One of the center caps is cracked.
You may purchase brand new metals center caps for about $25 each:

Wheels are in fair condition. They have road nicks/scratches from driving. One of the rears has a small (~1" long) curb rash. Please see pictures for the condition of the wheels for your own opinion.

I also have very high (~3.5mb) resolution pictures upon request via email.
Please note, the front left wheel tire would rub on the inside (wheel to inner wheel well) during full lock up when my car was riding on Eibach with Koni's. The same thing was occurring with my new wheels (LE37 17" x 8.0" +38) on a 215/40/17 tire. I just swapped to NA2-R suspension which raised the car and there is no more rubbing. I believe the rubbing was due to the lower drop in ride height.
