In perfect working condition; the vinyl protective sleeve has no nicks or damages [edit: except for one minor cosmetic surface nick on one sleeve which you can hardly see but can feel with your fingers if you have no calluses; I noticed this as I was preparing it for shipping. Two reputable mechanics who looked at it said this was fine.]
The ends will be wrapped/covered before shipping to insure no debris gets into the line. Yours for $70 shipped to lower 48. I will absorb the PayPal fee. CA sales tax applies.
