mojo  yes I am Cobb County....no the insurance companies have not bought us all laser guns although all of our traffic guys now carry them instead of radar....they are much easier to use and a lot harder to beat in court.......the reason most of the smaller jurisdictions have not gone to them yet is cost ....laser guns are about five times the money of radar....I wish the insurance companies would give me one because I still have radar in my cruiser and they won't give me a laser to play with because I don't play in traffic as my primary duty....hope that helps
