From the news - Starting in the new year, offenders will be charged a base fine of 7-dollars and 70-cents for every kilometre they're over the posted speed limit.
They need a comma after dollars.
I read that as a base fine of 7 dollars and then 70 cents a kilometre. Oh happy days! On second read it says a base fine of almost 8 dollars a kilometre. My NSX is now limited to 140 kph in a 120 zone.
