Quick question! Has any one had a problem with getting the battery out because the bolts on the spare tire holder are stuck/ stripped on the bottom of the holder/rack. Note the four bolts at the bottom of the rack. Should I drill through the bolts and add new? HELP

All four of mine were corroded and one of them was corroded so badly that I couldn't get the nut off. When I turned the nut, the entire bolt would turn. I took it to my dealer and I forget how he said he got it off, but it might have been by drilling it out.
