I love to drive my NSX with the Targo top off the car........best of both worlds with convertible feel but nice sun coverage
The thing is I normally store my car in the garage with the car cover on but leave the T-top off since I don't like to mess with it, etc. Problem is when I go out sometimes to "safe" areas and when I park I'll like a quick cover that wraps the canopy section of the car. Essentially it will drap over the front window and stretch over the side windows to cover the missing T-top section.
I currently have the red NSX car cover from SOS and I love that fabric as it's both soft and elastic.
Was thinking if I can get some of that material and make a canopy cover with 4 STRONG magnets so when I park the car, I can quickly stretch the canopy over the roof and also keep it stylish. Was thinking of doing the same red material the SOS car cover.
What do you experts suggest I do? Is there something like this on the market or do I have to get a upholstery shop to custom make one? I was thinking if enough people are interested we can share the costs and have a few made at the same time? What do you guys think?
P.S. I don't want to put the car cover on as dirt may scratch the paint plus it's too time consuming / kinda odd to be covering up a whole car at the local coffee shop, etc.
thanks
