Sonic's 2001 Circuit Blue NSX

Wow looks amazing. I'm a bit envious. Any sound clips of the exhaust?
 
I made the same choice with the tail lights. My car came with the JDM darker tail lights which did not contrast well with the Blue IMO. Mine looked even worse than yours as I believe MC blue is a bit darker than Circuit blue. Now the back pops more with the brighter red lights. Thanks for the post and pics.

I've never even heard of this color before, this is a factory color? It's not even listed in the wiki.
 
Sonic, meet super sonic lol. Nice color choice :). As for everyone asking about the pride, it's epic. I have clips on my YouTube account with the black 02 NSX as well as my blue that was s/c with the pride (nsx2envy I think). Best exhaust ever . I want the Jdm/euro panels with the front markers in front of the door, yours makes me want them more. But clean car, clean
 
Very nice! Great to see another clean NSX in the UK. I also have a pride v2 with test pipes and can confirm it is very loud also over time the soot and crap builds up in the back box blocking the efficiency of the baffles and the sound creeps slightly louder :) Superb.

This is great! Did you think of doing just the straight pipes on the v2 exhaust instead of the resonated pipes? Also just to have the wheels pop a little more, you should sand the NSX on the brake caliper out to its original finish, so it contrast off of that red caliper.
 
^^^yeah this thing is coming along nice and exhaust sounds really mean.
 
Doing basically the same thing with mine, you are further ahead cause im slow as schitt in everything.. lol.. Will use what you wrote as a guide. Nice lower brace for that awful droop.

Interesting that you did not have to cut away any of the OEM support brackets.. others including some professional shops have had to do this. Since you made your own J bracket, can you make me one? PM me on a price if you have any interest.

What sizes as the SSR Type F's your running? How is the brake clearance on them?

Brake clearance is very good. I tried the SOS stoptech template on them and they both cleared front and rear. They are having a colour change as we speak. :wink:

What color are they becoming? Gunmetal?? I'm debating replacing my Works with these. Love the look!
