why doesn't this attract more attention? it seems like it has been on auction a couple of times and hovers around that same price point. is there a problem with importing canadian cars to the us?

Well you start with a narrower market of people who want a turbo car.

Then I expect many potential buyers in the US are hesitant to bid on a car like that without inspecting it themselves, or having a mechanic they know inspect it, which is a pain since it's in Canada.

Just a guess.
