Hey Folks,
My wife (yes, I said wife) works with the father and grandmother of this young man who has had a very rough life. He was born with Holt-Oram Syndrome, a rare disorder that causes distinctive malformations of the arms and abnormalities of the heart. Numerous spinal surgeries to repair the scoliosis and subsequent ecoli infection in his spine affected his immune system and mobility. It has left him living one day at a time enjoying the good days and working through the bad.
All he has asked for was a large number of Christmas cards. His Grandmother wanted to buy all the cards and have people send them to him but we don’t want that to happen. If you or anyone you know has the time to send this struggling young man a card, it would be greatly appreciated. His address is:
