Hey there I'm looking for some engine block stats (and one for head), not sure how many have torn their engines apart but any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Deck Height (c of crank to top of block)
2. Piston Compression Height (c of pin to flat top edge of piston)
3. Piston Pin Bore (diameter)
4. Crank Main Bearing size (standard diameter)
5. Rod Bearing size (standard diamater)
6. Stock Head Gasket Thickness
7. Head combustion chamber cc

Thanks in advance!

Haha let me answer some of my own questions. Maybe someone can fill in SOME of the blanks :p although doubtful..

1. Deck Height (c of crank to top of block)
2. Piston Compression Height (c of pin to flat top edge of piston)
3. Piston Pin Bore (diameter) = 22mm 91-96, 23mm 97+
4. Crank Main Bearing size (standard diameter) = 50mm 91-96, 52mm 97+
5. Rod Bearing size (standard diamater) = 53mm 91-96, 55mm 97+
6. Stock Head Gasket Thickness
7. Head combustion chamber cc

You should verify your main bearing size with an actual block or a very reliable source. Honda's parts book shows that the main bearing is the same part across all years (91-02) for all colors except 2 supersedes for black and green bearing.

yeah I got that info off of honda's press material..it looks more like the mains are 64mm from looking at the Helms manual...go figure. I'll measure the actual parts shortly.

edt: actually I'm just going to order some bearings.
