Is it me or is their a chip missing on the dead pedal (i.e. bottom right corner). I am pretty sure all the NSX's I have seen had this piece missing.

Is their a switch on the inside of the front hood release or is that just a clip? On the left side of the driver side footwell.

Whats the best product to remove paint swirl on a red nsx?

Thanks.

It depends on how deep the swirl marks are. For very noticeable swirl marks and scratches, I like the Meguiars #9 Swirl Mark Remover 2.0. It smooths down the finish and leaves it smooth enough that you can just wax over it, with no additional steps needed. However, it is abrasive (just like a very fine rubbing compound) so I recommend it only to smooth down problem areas, not for routine use.

If the swirl marks are very very very light - the kind that (I find) accumulate inevitably with age and time, not with any actual damage to the finish - I find that Zymol HD-Cleanse does a good job at removing them, and is mild enough to use on a routine basis.

I think its the clip that holds that small panel on, that covers one of the fuse pannels

I'm not aware of a piece that fits over this area. If such a piece does exist, it's not in the parts list. I figured this was by design (to allow access to the bolt).

What dead pedal

My 93 does not have that dead pedal and I do not recollect that metal piece under the accelerator pedal--what's with that--new technology or some tall person took my dead pedal out?

Hm. That's interesting. I'm 99.99% sure your car came with both of these pieces from the factory. My 91 and my old 92 had them. Not to cause alarm, but does your car have a clean history? Odd.

Maybe someone removed the pedal stopper because they thought the car would go faster if they could plant the gas completely to the floor. :D

WEll --two more parts I have to find----it was also missing the spare tire, the air pump and gauge, and the two knee panels on both sides of the car. a number of bolts in the WW front spoiler and the bolt and spacer for the AC sensor which mounts there behind the bumper:rolleyes:

The WW front spoiler does not use bolts. It is mounted with 2 sided tape.

Tell it to Mark Basch

Basch Acura told me it was a Wings West spoiler along with those skirts or bumper panels that run along the sides---maybe he just meant the lip which is attached using rivets and the top portion is the regular bumper??? otherwise, I have no idea what it is cause it came like that and I have not seen photos of the different body kit styles....
