AndyH is right, it's a Wings West lip. Actually the car has the whole Wings West kit around it.

The top lip has a relection that made it look as if the sides had an additional indentation.
Now as I look closer, I see that it is the WW.

Yeah, the first photo was shot by different person compare to the rest of the pictures in there. That's also why I post it up first..LOL. BTW, what's "POTM". Would it be "Picture of the Month"?
