Theres like some "sound" coming out when I do my brakes hard ( hit it hard ) and even at low speed when I press it hard in the front nose. Could it be the front suspension need to be tuned?

Check both the spare and the battery tie downs.
Also check your brake pads to see if they need replacing. (If you're not sure how, it tells in the FAQ.)
