The best NSX HID kit on the market is the one that Science of Speed sells; click here. You can get the kit directly from Science of Speed.

It's easy to install if you're at all handy. Otherwise, I would suggest finding a local shop that specializes in installing aftermarket modifications of all sorts. Yes, the installation is very easy, and any competent mechanic should be able to handle it; however, I'm a little bit leery (from a few bad experiences) about having work like this done by someone who doesn't do this kind of work all the time, just because they may not be super-careful about not accidentally scratching body panels, that sort of thing.
