Hi, I'm a new owner of a NA1 and man I'm so happy with this car.
I've posted a couple of threads and the people here in prime are so helpful.
I live in Communifornia...I want to increase my nsx's HP.
What mods and HP max can I have while staying street legal?(please give me different alternatives and routes to achive this like price,hp gain,difficulty,etc.)

Before you need to put your flame suit on, only real power mod is turbo or s/c. For your needs, headers and exhaust is all you can do. Test pipes help but not legal ( not that we care lol). Thats all you can really do.

CTSC and Headers; you would need to retain the original fueling system, and low-boost configuration, to maintain the legality of the setup.

I think it's great how Jason (who has a CTSC) missed it in his list of CARB-legal power upgrades :tongue:

With the current-generation CTSC you're looking at around 350-365whp; figure around $9k installed, another $1k for headers, and $1k for exhaust. Exhaust doesn't matter for CARB, the best performance gain is from the Taitec GTLW.

You can knock a few grand off if you shop around, or buy used parts.
