Guys
Need your help for my wife. We're both fairly new to CA having moved here for work 3 years ago and my wife moved here 7 months ago after we got married. She's been recently laid off from the company she was with in VA, where she's from and since neither of us really have much of professional network here, I wanted to reach out to you guys for some leads/assistance.
She has a strong background both academically and professionally most recently in a senior role in operations management with a startup company in the floral industry. The company she worked for is facing some financial hardships and as part of their cost cutting, they’ve eliminated her position. She attended William and Mary in Virginia, a public Ivy League school where she earned her MBA and has a undergraduate from University of Virginia in Civil Engineering. She’s very bright, ambitious and eager to move on to her next opportunity. But she'd rather stay in business than go back to engineering unless its a great opportunity. Any of you in professional roles that can assist here? We'd greatly apperciate the help!
