Well Jinks add me to the list of those who didn't like seeing this. Hope you figure out a good solution for you.I'm just your lower than average intelligence person, but I don't buy into all of the fueling debate anymore. Sure it can be done far more efficiently IF you have a fantastic tuner. I understand detonation is a killer, but I don't know if there's a way to definitively blame your failure on that. All of the NSX specialist in the game know that blowing the ringlands is common with the factory pistons. The fact of the matter is you and many others have 20ish +or- year old engines with a good number of miles, cast pistons, and god knows how many heat cycles. My view is that boost is a liability no matter how it's done or fueled on old stock internals.I've been boosted before and it was a riot. However, I don't really miss that particular aspect of my old car. It was fun with 450ish hp, but it was never enough even though it was way too much all at the same time. A non-boosted NSX is still a heck of a fun car, just not so much off the line.:wink:Another option for you is to sell the SC and damaged engine. Purchase a decent stocker and you'd probably break close to even. With the money saved you could buy something else that has some torque.Or if you really want to man up you could be the first to do the Gen2 swap.:smile:Whatever you do best of luck and I still owe you a beer!
