So Fla Black/black NSX

I saw the ad on craiglist but I don't know of the car. I've seen a few blk/blk NSX's around WPB, but I couldn't tell what year they were from the distance.

Then you know the one I'm talking about. I'm waiting on more info from the owner, and if maintenance records check out would use Acura of Palm Beach in WPB do a PPI after my friend in Coral Springs looks at it for surface issues, e.g. paint, interior, general check out. VIN seems to be the 314th produced for '97 model year, with no warranty work per Acura of PB. Rear bumper's been replaced. What do you think of the price?

I think the price is fair if all the maintanence is up to date. I live in Palm Beach County and would be glad to check it out for you also.

Hi Guys first post and a newbie here
Car is local to me so I went to inspect this car today.
It is in very nice condition and clean car but has never had a major service done, speakers need to be changed, power windows are very slow, and as stated rear bumper was replaced.

Thanks for your inputs. I had my friend and a mechanic check it out and reached a deal with the owner, with the final price taking into account it will need servicing of the timing belt & water pump, brake fluid, trans fluid, brake pads, alignment, and possible a front tire I am picking it up this Friday and it will then reside in the Atlanta area. I'm satisfied with the price, considering even after the services the total will be far less what comparable others are asking/likely selling for. In a few days, I'll be glad to report I am an NSX owner!

Congratulations. Enjoy.

I picked it up Friday at 6 pm and drove 9 1/2 hours back to North Atlanta on Saturday through two small rainstorms (the water beaded up, thank you), after being unable to quickly find at least one front tire to replace the one showing about 8 inches long by 1/2 inch wide cord showing on the innermost part of the tire tread. For 650 miles I was careful and anticipating the chance of a blowout. Some would say this was stupid, I say it was a calculated risk that paid off. Amazingly, I got 29 mog averaging 70 mph for the trip! I just finished cleaning her this morning and was I surprised how clean everything already was - the rubber, paint (only a few miniscule marks on the front bumper), engine, underside, wheels. I almost felt sad there wasn't much to do. Only the leather needed minor cleaning and leather conditioner. The paint looks near new. Next up is two front tires, four wheel alignment, the timing belt/belts and water pump. I found records it had the 30K service at about 30K miles and the owner prior to the guy I bought it from changed the oil every 3K miles with Mobil 1. My kind of car guy! I may also change the rear tires because it has inexpensive Fusions with a 320 treadwear rating, even though they only have about 7k miles on them.
