Hello Everyone:
In my effort to rotate our monthly meeting to various Acura dealerships and give everyone a break who live near the various dealerships, our next meeting this coming Thursday May 6th will be held a Metro Acura in Montclair. I am very excited that it seems many dealerships are excited about hosting our monthly meetings.
Metro Acura is a GREAT dealership with lots of cool electronic toys (read this: lots of big screen TV's!)
and they have just undergone a total remodel.
They will provide dedicated parking and I think FREE FOOD;D
I will verify the food situation and advise!
Again this month, Lane from Rotra Brake Systems will be at the meeting and should even have an example of an NSX with their new Brake Kit installed.
As I mentioned, Metro has lots of Video screens so if you bring your favorite NSX related Video or DVD we should be able to play it! (I hope someone brings Stockholm Getaway 3!).
SPECIAL EVENT !!
NSX R/C Grand Prix !!
Bring your NSX (or other mark) Radio Controlled Car and we will have a track laid out for races!!!
This could become a regular event if everyone enjoys it! So let's see who has the fastest Mini NSX!
Plan on meeting at Metro Acura at 6:30 PM.
Metro Acura is located at 9399 Autoplex Dr. in Montclair. This is Just East of the 57 Freeway on I-10. Exit the Eastbound I-10 at the Monte Vista Exit. Go 0.3 mi. and jog Right onto Palo Verde. Take Palo Verde for 0.2 mi. and turn Left onto Autoplex Dr.
The Dealership will have dedicated parking, so there should be lots of parking available!
I will need an accurate count of how many will be attending so I can let them know how much food to buy. I have told them about 20 or so. If there will be more I need to let them know!
Drop me an email ASAP if you think you can make it, so I have an idea how many to expect so we can make dinner arrangements accordingly.
