Hi,
While on business trip in Boston a few weeks ago, a family member was rear ended with potential spinal cord injury. Now dealing with worker's comp because it happened during biz hours. She lives in CA, and is looking for advice around this area, seems once worker's comp take over, both insurance company and doctors' hands are bound on what they can do in terms of medical service.
Any referral or help will be greatly appreciated.
