I have noticed since it has been a little cooler that after I stop the car, there is a small trail of smoke or fumes coming out of the exhaust. It is 60 degrees and the engine has NOT had time to warm up as my trip is only a mile. Is that normal? Should I be concerned?

Water is a normal by-product of combustion in your engine. If you don't drive your car very far the water in the exhaust will not get hot enough to evaporate the moisture in the exhuat completely. Your car is acting completely normal and I wouldn't worry.
