1. Dali Racing Smartshift for Acura NSX

The SmartShift monitors the engine speed and tells you when you have exceeded a pre-programmed limit. A typical application would be for a up-shift indicator light or audible beeper, with the RPM threshold set to slightly less than engine redline. The SmartShift connects to the tachometer signal to determine the engine speed. When the engine speed exceeds the preset RPM threshold, it will activate the output. The output will typically be connected to a dash mounted indicator light or beeper. It is also possible to use an existing dash light such as the brake indicator light. These instructions will show you how to install the SmartShiftä in your NSX. Once installed, the SmartShift will remind you to up-shift gears by illuminating the brake light on the dash board at a specific RPM threshold: http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/DIY/smartshiftinstall.htm

2. Dali Racing Smartenna

The SmarTenna was developed to fix a design deficiency of the Acura/Honda NSX stereo system: when the CD player is active, the power antenna remains extended for no useful purpose. The SmarTenna connects in line with the CD player cable and monitors the digital communications data that is sent back and forth between the head unit and the CD player. The SmarTenna recognizes when the CD player is active and when it is not active, and controls the power to the antenna motor accordingly. (Unfortunately, it is not smart enough to know when the cassette player is active; in this case, the antenna will remain extended.) This is the older version that does not have the connectors, so you have to crimp or solder it into your wire harness - the picture is of the newer verion. Otherwise, it's the same product.
