These are rig shots We took these at 6 o clock on a Sunday morning in the PC Hooftstraat, one of the busiest shopping streets in The Netherlands.
My rig setup:
2x manfrotto suction cups
2x manfrotto double ball joints
3x manfrotto super clamps
1x manfrotto magic arm
2x aluminium tube 1.35m
1x aluminium tube 1.00m
Camera: Canon 5D with 24-105L and polar filter
p.s. The guy sticking his head out of window is 'my assistant'

I think if you stacked a ND with the polarizer the sky wouldn't be as blown out. Good stuff!
