It could be that your regulators are going and you might not know until you hear the dreaded "POP".
In any case, if they are real slow and you're unsure about your regulator status I would follow the various DIY links and remove your door panels and check things out.
If the regulators are new and/or you have the Dali thingies installed you simply might have old caked, gummy, lube which is slowing your windows down.
The appropriate tracks and grooves should be cleaned and regreased with the proper stuff. There's a FAQ or DIY document that covers this.
Also, the added frictional load caused by the gummy grease can cause the regulator tabs to fail sooner rather than later, so I would definitely look into and avoid using your windows until you do.
