LOL! It looks tubbed too, by the rears being sunk so far in.
You know, I saw a late 60's Cougar recently with some rims like that. The wheels must have been 20" 's or 22" 's. Anyway, it looked like a HotWheels car. Not lowered, so it sat up kinda high. Very strange, or else I'm just not "hip" anymore.

No, I mean the Cougar I saw had the proportions of a Hotwheels car. It had wheels that were way too large for the car body. It was strange!
Would those be about 22"s on a full scale ?
