the funny parts i saw were:
1. they kept saying "you're good, yeh you're good, you're good" in the begining
2. she kind of looked hurt at the end but they just celebrated

I'm trying to figure out if that's real or not. I put the video into an editing program and watched it in slow motion. There is a frame in there where it appears her head is blurred with the left side of the hoop.
The way her body comes out of the hoop if it really happened I'd think she would be far worse then a bump on her head.
I'll keep checking..... if it's real it's quite the stunt. And yeah, those guys are all excited..."What the hell did they do!!!"

If it is real. Notice that as she goes thru the hoop she hits the back of her head on the rim. As the guys celebrate with hi-fives she looks like she may pass out.

The skeptic in me says it is not. I agree that she appears to have hit her head but the camera angel seems to be too narrow. Most video cameras come with a much wider angel given the distance even if zoomed. She doesn't even appear to be looking down to position herself. No padding mats on the floor ....... Also, the "boys" seem to be celebrating more amongst themselves than the girl and perhaps that is the telling part of the prank! Unless one has done this zillion of times in practice with some sort of similar set up but say larger plastic hoop, I can't believe the stupidity of doing it the first time. If she is that good she should have been in the Olympics or cirque de soleil .....

I have no problem with that. :biggrin: I do however think that this video is a fake. Think about it. She has to be thinner at her widest point (shoulders) than the rim. How wide is a basketball rim anyway?

I think that's the problem. We all didn't think about it enough. If I recall a basketball hoop is 18" in diameter. Not sure if "Twiggy" could wiggle her shoulders through that! :biggrin:

Actually, if she has Cleidocranial Dysplasia she could easily bring her shoulders foward and touch them together infront of her chest. But if that was the fact she would probably already be working in a Cirque de Soliel show.

She didn't even wiggle through the hoop. She went right through it. I think it's a fake too, but still glad I watched it.

Instant death if she had cought her head on any part of the hoop or net. It would have snaped her neck easy.

That has to be fake....in addition to what others have said, I would think that her feet would have had to have got caught in some part of the netting at least. There is no way she made it through on the first shot with no practice and having not hurt herself badly.

She just comes down in front of it, or it is composted with a 3 point shot that has the ball removed. If you stop the video, you cannot see the hoop in front of her body (I cannot anyway). Just flips the net with her hand or with a string, etc.
