Skirt covers

Canadian cars come factory with daytime running lights. I have removed these and replaced them with a set of PIAA lights. US cars did not come with daytime running lights and in the manual, pg 20-47, some of the area taken up by these lights is covered by a pair of "Skirt Covers" which hide the bumper mounting bolts. I visited my local Acura dealer to purchase these skirt covers but they are not listed in his parts catalogue as they are a US item only. Could someone on this board please provide me with the part number or better yet does some have a set for sale? Thanks:

I believe they are called dust covers or skirt duct
Part numbers
right side 71103-sl0-a00
left side 71104-sl0-a00
The bolts are part number 90105-SF1-000 there are 4 required
the spring nuts are part number 90331-SD5-003 there are 4 required.

nsxter, thanks for the info. Just finished talking with my local Acura dealer and unfortunately they cannot get these parts. Soooo, time to call a dealer in the States. Anynoe out there have these covers for sale? ;-)
