That car looks familiar but maybe someone here knows the owner.
Looks like it is missing the front lower lip but pretty clean other than that.
Things to check, make sure the transmission isn't in snap ring range.
If the clutch hasn't been changed it will likely need it soon along with master and slave cylinder. Also, make sure the water pump was changed at the same time as the timing belt. If not, that will need to be done too.
Also, the cigarette lighter not working could be a simple fuse/wiring issue or it could signal that someone has mickey moused the electricals and you could run into issues down the road.
As others have stated repeatedly in the past, figure on spending about $5K-$6K to bring things up to snuff.

This car was for sale on CL about 6 weeks ago. I made several inquiries on this car as did a friend of mine. I did not receive one response while my friend got a short reply simply saying that the car was still available and could be seen in Redwood City.
