Has the front or the bumper been repainted/replaced on this car?

In the front on picture that you sent me it appears that the bumper right by the headlight has an alignment gap. Is that a shadow causing that or is there actually a gap there.

There is a panel gap. The hood is very slightly warped on the side that supports the prop rod. Here's the photo:
