I'm 90% sure that's the manager at Keyes Acura. Was he a bearded guy that drives the speed limit and no faster?
The manager at Keyes has chrome stock wheels on his car. From the pictures I can't tell if these are chromed or polished . I have seen a yellow car with polished wheels in Valencia but have never met the owner.

yup-New lower valence and Comptech exhaust, but I'm not sure if those are the Yellowbeast rims.
Almost looks like me, I just changed my Texas plates to CA, but I'm now 5HXN818 (Comptech sticker missing too!). I was northbound on that freeway but at 7AM. I did see a yellow NSX couple weeks ago turning into Manhattan Village mall, sounds like the same driver.
