sup guys, i'm kinda disappointed about the oil change performed yesterday morning at Sierra Acura in Alhambra. i would like to share with you guys whats WRONG after i picked up my NSX.
First, i found a nice scratch on the steering wheel leather seems like a wedding ring have done it. i'm pretty sure it wasn't there since my driving style love to feel around the steering wheel all the time.
Second, it was raining hard yesterday in the area that i couldn't(hard to) spot anything by the time i picked up my NSX in thier service drive way. i found another scratch on the exhaust vent cover(the black cover in between the trunk and rear hatch glass). i buffed my NSX last week and it wasn't there.
and Finally, OIL MARKS were everywhere on the trunk(mostly on the passenger side), right quarter panel. i couldn't spot those marks because the car was wet by the time in their service drive. i end up spent more than half hour to clean off those oil marks in my garage.
it seems to me that they didn't take serious of the car they worked on. probably no fender covers? i baby my NSX just like any other NSX owners in here, we would spot even little tiny marks, scratches, etc.

i would never bring my NSX there ever again. can anyone recommend a place service my NSX? i'm from Arcadia, thanks

Sorry to hear what happened. Unfortunately, I don't know any place that would baby your car.

If you can spend 30 minutes cleaning up other peoples sloppy work, you can definitely change your own oil. Save future headaches and potential damage to your ride, do it yourself.

Do it yourself or make the trek down to Ramon's at Niguel Motors. ALWAYS top-notch.

I still won't drive in the rain. Like I've said in the past those rear coil packs get wet and then the misfires start happening.

Besides Southern California drivers in the rain suck!

Couldn't have said it better myself. Correct on ALL counts!

For just an oil change, I take my car to Sierra Madre Independent Honda (in Sierra Madre on Baldwin). Chris is well priced and he is careful with my car. For everything else, I make the trek down to Niguel Motors.
