Sidemarkers Removal

help me.....i am thinking about removing my sidemakers to clear it. Any suggestion how to remove it? What do you think red exterior with clear sidemarkers?

I think you're going to a lot of work to change something for which you're the only one who will ever notice.

But if this is something you still want to do, go for it!

you are very correct that the only person that would know it is the owner and that is precisely why i am doing it--just want to conform to the clear looks to match the blinker.

I think they will look good. And that is one of those those gadgets you may put on which gives your car a better look also for "outsiders" even if they do not know what has been changed.

CRC, I just had mine (sidemarkers) cleared.I have a yellow NSX and it looks great.Always remember to do what you want to do to YOUR car!!I think the clear corners match the front clear lights awesome!!Are you going to do them through clearcorners.com?If you are ask for Mike Mamos.They do a great job.If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I disagree with nsxtasy. I think people will notice the change.I think it will make the car look like a cheap rice-rocket if you want my opinion since you asked. But then again, it is YOUR car.

How does changing your clear corners make your car a cheap rice rocket. In any case your car is already rice rocket (Honda) just maybe not cheap.

To remove these lights is very simple.
1) On the right side of each light pull back the rubber gasket.
2)This will reveal a black metal clip that holds the light.
3)Carefully,with a small flat head skrew driver push the metal clip inwards while gently pulling out on the light assembly.
4)When the light is free turn the bulb housing a quarter turn so bulb housing comes disconnected from lense.
5)Good luck!!

thankQ very much!!! as soon as i get home, that would be my project and send it off to get it cleared. regarding adding another 100 hp with stickers, i rather live without them and be slow
