Side control switch panel removal

Hi prime members!

Does anyone knows how to remove the door switch panel? or you can call it side panel door inserts. Do I have to remove the whole door panel to remove it? if any here knows... Please help:wink: Thanks everyone!

the sleeve by your door handle where you pull to close your door, if your removing the driver panel you have to slide that sleeve to your left while using a flat screwdriver to lift the left side while using another screwdriver to slide it to the left from the right side. I hope that makes sense.
