Show off your Knob - Shifter type!

My Knob split! Ouch! I mean it came undone, I mean the leather on one side unstiched and flopped down. Gee, I hate when all that happens.
So looking for a oem replacement or an aftermarket unit.
How bout some pics of what people have done for replacements.
Type, cost, ease of mounting, purchased from.

I thought about OEM too but I couldn't justify spending triple digit $$$ on a knob. I have a Razo 112 knob. Mounting was super easy and is has a good feel to it. I do have to "clean up" the way it mates to the boot though. The boot has that chrome ring and I've been trying to find a way to attach it to the shifter so the shaft isn't showing.

There is an ipod where the 'coin tray' typically is (you can see a corner of it in the lower right of the picture), this controls song/volume/etc. and is directed into the stock amps/sound system - the stock amps are turned on by the switch in front of the e-brake.

The stock headunit and cd changer have been removed.

It's about what I expected, given the price - it isn't perfect, but it fit fine and got rid of the hole left behind when the stereo was removed; I have heard it is popular to purchase, then paint over, this console.
