(Shorties and 4.06 R & P) vs (Shorties and 4.23 R & P)?

Has anyone done this and compared it to Shorties and 4.23 R & P?...I have checked the archives and have not seen this type of comparison made...I have seen just about every other comparison made...interesting...

Advantages...Disadvantages?
