Shops recommendation for re-surfacing a set of 98 OEM 16/17s in or near GTA

Just bot a set of OE 16/17 from Socal. Condition looks find on pictures but was disappointed at pickup (clear coat peel, chip, deep scratches, albeit no curb rash).

Anyone can help recommend a place for re-surfacing. As noted in the title, these are the shiny silver OE wheels off a 98. To do this properly, they might have to burn off the old clear coat and re-coat the whole thing. Or do you have other recommendations?

Carcones with do it too - they charge about $140 a wheel for refinishing (including dents, etc.) could be less for just paint.

i heard they do great work as well
