shift boot question

I have the SOS Type R mesh shift boot and the stock leather "sexy" shifter.
What is the part I need to get from Dali? that will get rid of the gap between the top of the boot and bottom of the shift knob?

I have the same shift boot with a MOMO carbon fiber shift knob and had the same gap.

I took a sawzall with metal cutting blade and cut about 1/2 in off of the shifter. It lowered the shift knob, shortened the shift throw and eliminated the gap.

note, before cutting off, find a metric nut and screw it on lower than your cut mark to help re-establish the initial threads.
