Service Light 3.5RL

Does anyone know how to turn off the service light on a 2000 3.5RL? The RL is my daily driver and I don't want to pay the dealer the overpriced glorified oil change at 7,500 miles. I've changed the oil twice already.
Disconnecting the battery does the trick on my NSX but it didn't when I tried it on the RL.

Try holding down the reset button for ten seconds when the car is off, and then release and then start the car.......it works on a Odyssey......good luck

Thank you NSXdreamer. I tried every combination pushing the reset button but it didn't work. Thanks for the suggestion, it was a good one.
