SEMA IAS in Atlantic City

My car is en route to Atlantic City for SEMA IAS!

Special thanks to Chris, Seth, Mike, and Will (Science of Speed & Cantrell Studios) for their incredible efforts to complete the car in time for the show.

Anybody going to the show???

I am seriously thinking about going down after the River run and staying overnight. Was wondering if anyone wants to meet up. This sounds like it will be great!! excellent photo opportunity (hint hint Bob and Bailey)

Mike Lasko (guy from Acura of Bridgewater) is definitely going and I'll probably be hooking up with him at some point. I know it's short notice but maybe a few of us could hang out. Make it a whole NSX weekend!! Nice way to come out of Winter!!

Let me know

Hi John-

I too was contemplating going. I will ask the Mrs. tonight. Do you think that they will have good parking for the Xs there? I have never been to the Convention Center and therefore am unfamiliar with the parking set-up.

Cheers-

Nev

Nev - To be totally honest, I'm not sure about parking. Also, Karen and I have been trying to get a hotel room and just about everything is sold out!! Looks like if we do go we will either be staying a little bit outside Atlantic City and driving in to the show. Or driving back home after the River Run and going back down to AC with the TL on Sunday.

Our original plan was to go right after the River Run, hang out at a casino on Saturday night (try to win me a NSX clutch :)) and then go to the show Sunday.

What ever we do I will keep you posted

-John

Im open for a sunday drive down but we can discuss it at the river run..... As for parking there at the convention center .... as you come thru the gates after you get your ticket/voucher....drive directly straight till you cant go no more go left and park there against the wall facing the atlantic city expressway.

Here is a picture of my spot ... do not park there !!

So far Karen & I, Mike Lasko from Acura of Bridgewater for sure, and maybe Bailey (Acura NSX Pilot). I'm going regardless, because I have never been to an import show, and I can't wait to take a bunch of pictures.

I'm gonna try to recruit some more people during the River Run :D:D

i am considering making the trek. it's over 4hrs. for me and i'd be going solo (most likely), so could be a long day if i don't stay over.
if anyone has found any good hotels with rooms available let me know.

Hello everyone

I know how hard it is to find people at a big show such as this, so for anyone that is coming here please feel free to call my cell phone for any info or to organize a meeting point. #602-743-3641

It would be great to see some NSXers come out so hopefully we will meet up ith some of you!

take care all

-Seth

BTW the show looks promising, and Rons car is unbelievable!

Hey Guys,

We went down to the show yesterday, it was pretty wild. I have lots of photos to share. We missed Chris and Seth, however I got a chance to chat with Ron Warnick and check out his totally awesome steel blue NSX. Too bad some of you locals couldn't make it because you really need to see his car in person. This is the second time I have seen it, first was at NSXPO last year, the car is truly amazing.

Anway here is a link to the whole album, and as usual I'll post some teasers........
