Why do I want to enter the forbidden Ferrari zone where maintenance costs are astronomical? I want a convertable and I just love the way the Ferrari looks. I drive my NSX every weekend but I don't put many miles on it, maybe 1500 a year. So the Ferrari would see about that many miles a year. Am I crazy?!. Anyone looking for a perfect 91 with only 11k on the clock, it will be for sale in the next week unless you guys can talk me out of this Ferrari bug that has bitten me.

One bitten, you are done!!! Who cares what others would think. You want it, go for it. Self satisfaction is the virtue of life. I would keep that 11K NSX for short period of time........or keep it as collection, she is practically mint.

Before doing the irreversible, have you driven one during an enough significative amount of time?
Do you exactly know what you are going for?
Not to discourage you but only to help you because if you can't afford both, you are facing a serious situation/dilemma.
Of course we must try to appease our passion but before plunging in it, for myself, I make sure to be almost a 100% able to live with it.
That being said, a temporarily nicer girl wouldn't be sufficient to convince me to drop my actual grirlfriend...
so don't judge me too hard by having suggested you to try both during a certain time simultaneously! :redface:
You'll have to build a serious bilan to decide between the F355 and the NSX and even an NSX-T.
Good luck and think about it, you won't feel bad after a short while but you'll have to feel the same after a long while...
In your situation I would strive/wait to get both ( in the near future I will get a Campagna T-Rex and also an SE 30 Diablo, but I will never sell my NSX! )

I agree. You only live once. If you can afford to maintain one, pick up the 355. They are amazing cars.
