Seat issue

I have a problem with my driver seat. Reclining works fine but sliding back and forward does nothing but make a sound. I removed the seat and left the harness plugged in to see if the gears were getting caught on something but I was not that lucky. Here is a video of the issue to see if anyone here can help.

The seat padding comes off fairly easily, which exsposes the motor and shaft. It sounds like the switch is OK, so it's either the motor or shaft. Take the seat pad off and take a closer look.

If the shaft isn't turning then you'll probably have to replace the motor. I have never taken one apart, but from the posts I've read here, replacing the motor seems to be the way to go. Again, I've never had one apart, so bring your mechanical aptitude to the surface.
