Seriously, if you're looking to protect the seats there's a company called Wet Okole that makes really nice neoprene seat covers but I don't know that they make any for the NSX.  You could also try and hold out for a set of the OEM sheepskins but they're about as rare as Charlie Sheen in church.  Trust me on this one...
