I need a driver side seat belt for a 93 mine does not retract and is driving me nuts thank you

Acura has a lifetime warranty on their seat belts. If it does not work properly and the car does not have a salvage title the dealer should replace it free of charge.

If for some reason your car does not qualify for the warranty w/ Acura I have a driver's side off a 92 w/ 30xxx miles. It worked fine upon removal.
